Welcome to the Hairnovate Price List and FAQs page. As a mobile hairdresser in Banbury, I believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and stress-free. Below you’ll find details about services, pricing, and answers to common questions about my at-home hairdressing service. Every appointment is designed around your needs — professional results in the comfort of your own home.
Q: What days/hours do you work?
Mon: 10am–4pm
Tue: 10am–4pm
Thu: 11am–7pm
Fri: 10am–4pm
Sat: 10am–3pm
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: A deposit is only necessary for colouring services.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than this will mean your deposit is forfeited.
Q: What brand of colour do you use?
A: I work with L’Oréal and ASP.
Q: What if I’m unhappy with my hair?
A: We’ll have a full consultation first to set realistic goals. But if you’re unhappy afterwards, please tell me—we’ll work together to find a solution.
Q: Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?
A: Colour: Hair should be clean, dry, and detangled.
Blow-dry: Wash and detangle beforehand (I can re-wet if needed).
Dry cut: Wash the night before or the same day so it’s clean and fully dry. Hair that’s very dirty, greasy, or full of product is difficult to work with. Please ensure it’s washed thoroughly at home.
Q: How long will my service take?
Durations are shown with the price estimate. Some colour services may take several hours, so allow extra time and get comfy—it’ll be worth it!
Q: Do I need to provide anything?
A: Yes, please provide: A chair in good light, with space to work around and a plug socket. For colour: access to a sink (to rinse bowls/brushes).
Q: I have pets—will that be a problem?
A: Not at all! I’m an animal lover and have no allergies—I’d love to meet them.
